Streams

Streams are the customized settings applied on a set of situations in situations feed. Whenever you login to your Resolutions Intelligence Cloud account, you can see the customized filters saved in your account to get quick access to the situations.

Streams are classified into the following categories.

• Standard or Default Streams
  These streams are the system generated streams that you can see when you login to your account for the first time. These streams can be edited only by Global Admin.
• Private Streams
  These streams are the customized streams that are configured or created by you. Only you can see these streams in your account.
• Public Streams
  These streams are configured by the admin of your organization and are visible to all within your organization. These streams can be edited either by admin or by respective owner of the account.

Configuring Streams

There are two places from where you can configure Streams.

1. Select Streams from the dropdown in the left pane. A window appears on your screen. (or)

2. In Streams window, click Create Stream in the top right corner. A form appears on the screen.

3. Fill out the following attributes.

• • Give a Name for the stream.
  • Enable the toggle switch, if would like to make your stream private to you.
  • Enter Description (optional).
  • Click + Add Condition, if would like to add a single condition one by one.
    • Select Attributes and Operators from the dropdowns.
    • Select suitable values from the dropdown.
  • Click + Add Group, if you would like to add multiple conditions under a single group.
    • Click + Add Condition.
    • Select Attributes and Operators from the dropdowns.
    • Select suitable values from the dropdown.
  • Click Save to save the changes.
  • Click Cancel to exit the changes.

Note: Attributes will be changed based on the user login (Organization or Tenant) across Resolution Intelligence Cloud.

Editing a Stream

To edit a Stream,

• Select Streams from the dropdown in the left pane of situations feed.
  A window appears on your screen.
• Search and choose a Stream that you like to edit from the listing page.
• Click icon to open a stream
• Edit the attribute details and click Save to save the changes.

Deleting a Stream

To delete a Stream,

• Select Streams from the dropdown in the left pane of situations feed.
  A window appears on your screen.
• Search and choose a Stream that you like to delete from the list.
• Click icon to delete the stream.
