This article describes the step-by-step procedures for publishing and deleting a dashboard, and saving the dashboard as a report.

Publishing a Dashboard
To publish a dashboard in a draft state,

From the Dashboard listing page, click a dashboard that is in draft state.

A window opens.

Click the ellipses icon and select Edit Dashboard. This takes you to the dashboard edit page, where you can add or remove widgets.

Click Create to open the Create Dashboard side panel.

Review the Dashboard Name.

Enter a Description (for example, Dashboard for situation count and status).

In the Default Date Range (optional), select one of the following:

- Last 7 days: Displays aggregated data for the past 7 days by default.
- Last 30 days: Displays aggregated data for the past 30 days.
- Last 90 days: Displays aggregated data for the past 90 days.
- View the hierarchy set during dashboard creation. You cannot edit the hierarchy while publishing.

Select the Module and Category under which you want to publish the dashboard. Dashboards must be associated with a module—they cannot exist independently.

Click Proceed to publish the dashboard.
Once published, your dashboard becomes available under the selected hierarchy.
Note: To successfully publish the dashboard, the module to which it belongs must also be published.
Saving as Report
You can save any existing dashboard as a report template.
To save as a report,
- Click any dashboard from the dashboard listing page.
- Click
at the top right corner.
- Click Save As Report. A window opens
- Enter Name and Description of the report.
- Click Submit.
The dashboard will be saved as a report on the report listing page.
After generating a report, you can schedule it at desired date & time and share it with others within or outside of your organization.
Deleting Dashboard
You can delete unused or redundant dashboards that are no longer required using the Delete option if you are a global administrator, owner, or user with the manager role.
To delete a dashboard,
- Navigate to Dashboard listing page
- Click three dots
left to your desired dashboard that you would like to delete
- Click Delete Dashboard from the drop-down
A confirmation pop up opens - Click Yes to delete
