This article describes the step-by-step procedures for publishing and deleting a dashboard, and saving the dashboard as a report.

Publishing a Dashboard
To publish a dashboard,
- From the dashboard listing page, click a dashboard that is in draft state
A window opens - Enter Description (for example, dashboard for situation count and status)
- In Config TimeRange, select any one of the following:
- Last 30 minutes: displays the data aggregated within the past half an hour
- Last 1 hour: displays the data aggregated within the past hour
- Last 3 hours: displays the data aggregated within the past 3 hours
- Last 6 hours: displays the data aggregated within the past 6 hours
- Last 12 hours: displays the data aggregated within the past 12 hours
- Last 24 hours: displays the data aggregated within the past 24 hours
- Last 7 days: By default, displays the aggregated data for the past 7 days
- Last 30 days: displays the data aggregated within the past 30 days
- In Dashboard Tags, create a new tag or link to existing tag
Tags help you organize dashboards and group logically related dashboards - In the Dashboard Order field, enter a number
Dashboard order allows you publish the dashboards in chronological order - Under Dashboard Permissions, select any one of the following:

- For all Tenants: All tenants can access
- For Domains: Only selective domain users can access
- For Organizations: Only organizations that you have selected can access
- For specific Tenants: Only tenants that you have selected can access
- For specific tenants for selective Organizations: Only specific tenants w.r.t the selected organizations can access
- For all: All domain, or organization or tenant users can access
4. Click Publish
Your dashboard is published to the selected users in step 3
Saving as Report
You can save any existing dashboard as a report template.
To save as a report,
- Click any dashboard from the dashboard listing page.
- Click at the top right corner.
- Click Save as Report.
A window opens - Enter Title for the report.
- Click Submit.
The dashboard will be saved as a report on the report listing page.
After generating a report, you can schedule it at desired date & time and share it with others within or outside of your organization.
Deleting Dashboard
You can delete unused or redundant dashboards that are no longer required using the DELETE option if you are a global administrator, owner, or user with the manager role.
To delete a dashboard,
- Navigate to Dashboard listing page
- Click three dots left to your desired dashboard that you would like to delete
- Click Delete Dashboard from the dropdown
A confirmation pop up opens - Click Yes to delete
