This article covers details about SendGrid Integration and how to enable and set up this integration with Resolution Intelligence Cloud.
Integrating with SendGrid enables you to configure custom SMTP and email domains to deliver email notifications. Emails are sent with your organization's domain name(@flyer.com) rather than using Netenrich's domain (@netenrich.com). SendGrid uses REST API to deliver web-based emails on the fly.
Prerequisites
You should have,
- Active account and Admin privileges in Resolution Intelligence Cloud.
- Access key and Secret key of SendGrid.
Enabling SendGrid Integration
In Resolution Intelligence Cloud
Roles Required:
- Owner
- Global Admin
- A user with manager role
- Configuration Manager
To set up integration,
- From the Resolution Intelligence platform interface, navigate to Configurations --> Integrations --> SendGrid tile.
- At the top right corner, click Add --> Add Integration.
- Under Configurations, click Authentication.
A SendGrid authentication screen opens. - Enter your Account Name and Access Key.
- Under Email Settings, in the Domain field, enter your Domain (for example, @accelero.com)
- Under From Address,
- In the Display Name field, enter a name.
- In the Email address field, enter an email address (for example, test.abc).
- Click Save. (or)

- Click Test Email next to the domain.
A Test your email window opens. - In the To address field, enter the recipients' email address (not more than 5).
- In the Subject field, enter your subject name.
- In the Message field, enter a description.
- Click Send Email.
Your mail will be sent to the recipient's address.
- Click Test Email next to the domain.
7. Repeat the same procedure for adding another email address.
Editing SendGrid Integration
- From the Resolution Intelligence platform interface, navigate to Configurations --> Integrations --> SendGrid tile.
- Under Configurations, click Authentication.
A SendGrid authentication page opens. - At the top right corner, click Edit.
- Modify your desired authentication fields.
- Click Update.
