Malware Uploader

Malware uploader allows users to upload files for thorough malware scanning. This functionality is available exclusively at the tenant level and is accessible only to users who have included the malware uploader add-on as part of their subscription.

When files are uploaded, they are automatically encrypted to ensure secure transmission and to safeguard against unauthorized access during transfer. This robust security measure helps protect sensitive information while enabling seamless malware analysis.

Users can upload multiple files without restriction on the number, provided that each file complies with the maximum size limit of 22 MB.

Uploading a File for Malware Analysis

Follow these steps to upload a file for malware analysis:

1. On the Resolution Intelligence Cloud homepage, hover over the hamburger menu icon.

2. From the left menu bar, navigate to Malware Analysis → Malware Uploader.
   The Malware Analysis modal appears.

3. Select the ZIP file you want to upload and click Submit to send it for malware analysis. Once the file is uploaded, a notification is sent to the security team for timely review.
