The following are the new features introduced in this release:

Platform Facelift: A Fresh New Look with an Enhanced Experience

The platform now features a modern, intuitive interface with a sleek design.

What’s New:

• Sleek, Modern Design: A visually refreshed layout for a cleaner, more engaging experience.
• Redesigned Side Navigation: Breadcrumbs are now visible even when the side menu is expanded, ensuring better navigation.
• Enhanced Profile Switching: Clear labels for domains, tenants, and organizations make switching between accounts in a multi-tenant environment more seamless.

ManageEngine CMDB Integration

ManageEngine CMDB integration now enables seamless syncing of desktops, laptops, hosts and other entities into Resolution Intelligence Cloud. Synced entities are auto-categorized, with filtering options for easier management and improved visibility.

Floating Notes for ActOns

The previous notes feature has been improved with a dynamic floating notes option for each ActOn. Users can quickly add and view notes by clicking the notes icon, providing an improved, seamless experience to share additional context without interrupting the workflow.

Integrations

Refresh Option for Logs in CMDB Integrations 
A refresh icon has been introduced on the logs page, allowing users to instantly update and view the latest job log details in CMDB integrations.

Standardization of Attributes to UDM Field Format 
All attributes in query builders across escalation policies, templates, processing rules, correlation policies, and functions have been standardized to the UDM field format, ensuring consistency and improved compatibility.

Enrichment Policies 

Revamped Enrichment Policy Page

The Enrichment Policy page has been redesigned for better organization. Attributes are now grouped under Attributes to Enrich and Meta Information to Enrich sections. Users must select at least one attribute when creating an enrichment policy.

Added JSON Export Option for Enrichment Policies

Users can now export selected or all enrichment policies as a JSON file, enabling seamless import and reuse of policies across different tenants.

Behavior Analytics

Automatic Publishing of Reference Lists in Models

Reference lists linked to a model are now automatically published to child accounts during model publication if the required reference list is missing in the child accounts. Additionally, all automatic reference list publishing actions associated with model publication are recorded in the activity logs, ensuring traceability.

Resolutions

Removal of Mark as ActOn Scope for Situations 
Users can now mark a Situation as ActOn without assigning a specific scope. Once marked, it will be automatically recognized across all platform levels, simplifying workflows and improving consistency.

Added Bulk Update Functionality 
A new bulk update feature allows users to select multiple ActOns and update attributes such as status, priority, stages, and notes for up to 30 ActOns in a single action. Updates made at the parent level reflect on child accounts, while child-level changes propagate back to the parent, ensuring consistency.

Signal Analytics

Revamped Signal Analytics Home Page

The Signal Analytics home page has been redesigned to improve usability and user experience. Users can now select a view and date range to start their analysis, leading to the Save Analysis page where dimensions and values for the selected date range can be chosen. A Notes section has been added, allowing users to document details about their analysis. All saved analyses are accessible under the Saved Analysis tab, enabling users to revisit any specific analysis later.

System Notifications

Enabled Teams Changed Event for ActOn in Notifications

A new event, "Teams Changed," has been added to the ActOn data source in system notifications. By selecting this event, users will receive notifications on their configured notification channel whenever the assigned team is updated.

Insights

Migration of Assets to Entities in dashboards

When creating dashboards, users can now select entities as a source. The Assets will be deprecated after the migration.

Dashboard Creation for ActOn Closure Reasons

Users can now create dashboards to track ActOn closures along with their reasons. A new Closed Reason dimension displays key metrics, helping analyze the number of ActOns closed for each reason.
