Activity Logs in Resolution Intelligence Cloud provide a comprehensive record of actions and events that are performed by users within the platform. These logs are essential for tracking user activities, and monitoring system events.
Accessing Activity logs
User Permissions Required:
- Global Admin
- Configuration Manager
- A user with manager role
To access the activity logs,
- From the home screen, click Configurations at the bottom of the left menu
- Under Logs, click Activity Logs at the bottom of the left menu
- Click date field at the top right
A calendar window opens
- Choose the date from the calendar (or)
- Click any option from the following
- Last 24 Hours: Displays the logs generated within 24 hours
- Last 7 days: Displays the logs generated within one week
- Last 1 month: Displays the logs generated within one month
- Last 3 months: Displays the logs generated within 3 months
- Last Year: Displays the logs generated within one year
- Logs will be filtered and displayed on the screen
Understanding Activity Logs
