Activity logs provide a comprehensive record of actions and events that are performed by users within the Resolution Intelligence Cloud. These logs are essential for tracking user activities and monitoring system events.
Accessing Activity logs
User Permissions Required:
- Global Admin
- Owner
- Configuration Manager
- A user with manager role
To access the activity logs,
- Do one of the following to access configurations:

- Click the Configurations icon at the top of the navigation bar.
- Click the hamburger menu on the left and select CONFIGURATIONS.
2. Under Logs, click Activity Logs at the bottom of the left menu
3. Click date field at the top right
A calendar window opens
4. Choose the date from the calendar (or)
5. Click any option from the following:

- Last 24 Hours: Displays the logs generated within 24 hours
- Last 7 days: Displays the logs generated within one week
- Last 1 month: Displays the logs generated within one month
- Last 3 months: Displays the logs generated within 3 months
- Last Year: Displays the logs generated within one year
Your desired logs will be filtered and displayed on the screen

- User Actions: These logs capture actions performed by users within the Resolution Intelligence Cloud platform, such as login attempts, data access, report generation, and configuration changes.

Each log entry provides detailed information about the event or action, including the following:
- Timestamp: The date and time when the event occurred.
- User: The user account associated with the action or event.
- Action: The specific activity or event that took place.
- Status: The status of a specific event or activity done by the users
