Viewing Entity Details by Source

The Entity Details page provides a unified interface that dynamically adapts to show relevant data and widgets based on the source type of the entity. This design ensures you get a consistent yet tailored view depending on whether the entity originates from. 

Entity Views by Source Type

• Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP):
  Entities from these sources display the cloud layout, focusing on cloud-specific data. To view the cloud entities details, see this article. 
• ManageEngine and Similar Sources:
  Entities synced from these or host-class devices show the host layout, presenting system-level details relevant to managed devices. To view host entity details, see this article. 
• Chronicle, GitHub:
  These use a user-centric layout, displaying information specific to individual user accounts. To view the user entity details, see this article. 

Additional Visibility for Host Entities

For entities displayed with the host layout, you will find extra tabs providing deeper insights into system health:

• Software Installed: Lists applications currently installed on the host.
• Patches Missed: Highlights missing patches or updates to help manage vulnerabilities.
