Module-Level Account Switching
Module-level account switching allows you to navigate between different work spaces depending on your current scope, enabling you to manage modules efficiently across the hierarchy. If you are working at the domain level, you can switch to either the organization or tenant workspace. From the organization level, you can switch to the tenant workspace.
Domain Scope
Managing Modules from the Organization Workspace
Within the organization workspace at the domain scope, domain-level users can create and publish modules to multiple organization accounts under the domain. You can publish or unpublish only those modules created within the organization workspace at the domain scope.
Managing Modules from the Tenant Workspace
Within the tenant workspace at the domain scope, domain-level users can create and publish modules to tenant accounts across all organizations in the domain. You can publish or unpublish only those modules created within the tenant workspace at the domain scope.
Organization Scope
Managing Modules from the Tenant Workspace
When accessing the tenant workspace within an organization scope, you can create and publish modules to tenant accounts within that organization. You can also unpublish modules that were previously published to those tenants.
Viewing and Unpublishing Modules
To view all modules published by a domain to its organizations, switch to the organization workspace and use the Unpublish Module(s) option. This option is not available in the domain workspace because domains cannot publish directly to child accounts without switching to the organization or tenant workspace. Similarly, to view all modules published by a domain to its tenants, switch to the tenant workspace and use the Unpublish Module(s) option.
If you are logged in as an organization user, you can switch to the tenant workspace to create and publish modules to tenants. You can also view and unpublish modules published to tenants using the Unpublish Module(s) option, which is available only from the tenant workspace within the organization scope. This option is not available in the organization workspace because organizations cannot publish directly to child accounts without switching to the tenant workspace.
