This article enables you to learn and manage your account information, including your basic details, settings, and your organization's branding logos.
The Account overview allows you to view and manage account information, account settings, and brand settings when you log in as a user from the defined hierarchy (domain, or organization or tenant) in the Resolution Intelligence Cloud. However, the user must have the required set of permissions to edit the account information. The page provides the following information:
- Account Details – The details about the domain, organization, or tenant. It depends on the level at which you logged in.
-
Account Settings – You can allow all users or restrict invitations to users from specific domains to join the Resolution Intelligence Cloud workspace.
Set the account status to Live to enable monitoring and activate downstream services such as Streams, Escalations, Notifications, Dashboards, Signal Pipeline, Situations, and ActOns. If needed, you can revert the account status from Live to In Progress; however, this change will temporarily affect the availability of these downstream services until the account is set back to Live. Additionally, you can configure business hours to define when system notifications and escalations should be delivered to users.
- Custom Branding – Customize the appearance of your brand by adding a logo and a favicon.
