This article enables you to learn and manage your account information, including your basic details, settings, and your organization's branding logos.
The Account overview allows you to view and manage account information, account settings, and brand settings when you log in as a user from the defined hierarchy (domain, or organization or tenant) in the Resolution Intelligence Cloud. However, the user must have the required set of permissions to edit the account information. The page provides the following information:
- Account Details – The details about the domain, organization, or tenant. It depends on the level at which you logged in.
- Account Settings – Allow all or restrict users from specific domains to be invited to join the Resolution Intelligence Cloud workspace.
- Custom Branding – Customize the appearance of your brand by adding a logo and a favicon.
Permissions required
Only users with the following roles can access the Account Information overview page:
- Account Owner
- Global Administrator
- Configuration Manager
Managing account information
Use this procedure to view and modify the account details.
To modify the account information:
1. Do one of the following to access configurations:
- Click the Configurations icon at the top of the navigation bar.
- Click the hamburger menu on the left and select CONFIGURATIONS.
2. From the left menu, under Account Information, click Overview. You will be redirected to the Overview page.
Account Details
3. Review the details of the user account on the Account Details tab.
4. Click Edit Details to modify the account information.
5. Provide the information in the Company Details section.
The following table provides a description for each field in the Company Details section.
Field name | Field description |
Company Name | The name of the company at the domain, organization or tenant level. |
Industry | The industry type of the company. |
Description | The description of the company or tenant. |
Account Type |
The type of account. Possible values:

Website | The official website of the tenant, organization, or domain. |
Time Zone | The time zone in which the tenant, domain, or organization operates. |
Address Line | The address of the tenant. |
Address Line 2 | Additional details about the tenant’s address. |
Zip | The postal code of the tenant, organization, or domain. |
Country | The country where the company is located. |
State | The state where the company operates. |
City | The city where the company operates. |
Tenant | The name of the tenant. |
Website | The official website address of the domain, organization, or tenant. |
Time zone | The time zone of the domain, organization, or tenant. This depends on the level at which you have logged in. |
6. Provide or modify the existing contact details of the user in the Contact Details section.
The following table provides a description for each field in the Contact Details section.

7. Click Save to update the changes made to account details.
Account Settings
8. Click the Account Settings tab to change the settings.
9. Click Edit Settings to modify the values.
10. Turn on the Allow users from other domains toggle to invite users only from the specified domains. This enables the Specify Domains field.
11. Provide the domains to invite users to join the tenant or organization workspace only from these domains. While entering a list of domains, separate each domain by a comma.
12. Click Save to update the changes.
Custom Branding
13. Click the Custom Branding tab to customize the appearance of the domain, organization, or tenant platform page to meet the respective company’s brand.
14. Click Modify Branding to enable the fields and upload the image and favicon.
15. Click on the pencil icon to browse and upload the logo from your local system. The logo is displayed on the top left corner of the platform.
The images must meet the following criteria:
- Supported file formats: PNG, JPEG
- Maximum file size: 300 KB
- Resolution: 160*24 pixels
16. Click on the pencil icon to browse and upload favicon from the local system in the Favicon section. The favicon uploaded is displayed on the browser tab of the Resolution Intelligence cloud platform.
The images must meet the following criteria:
- Supported file formats: .ICO
- Maximum file size: 300 KB
- Resolution: 48*48 pixels
17. Click Save.
