This article provides you with insights on the subscription plans you can purchase or upgrade based on your organization's preferences.
Subscriptions provides you the detailed information on the plans you have purchased after registering an account with Resolution Intelligence Cloud. You can change or cancel your subscriptions anytime. Also, you can have add-ons, if any feature is consumed the allocated limit along with your current plan.
Subscriptions page shows your purchased subscriptions after ending your trial plan. Each subscription consists of licenses for the included features and applications. The subscription you purchase enables a fixed number of users can access the features of a plan.
Subscription Status
In Account Subscriptions page, you have a list of subscriptions that you purchased after ending your trial period. Once you click on each subscription plan, you can see the following statuses associated with each plan.
- Active: The subscriptions that are currently acquired based on the available plans or addons.
- Inactive: The subscriptions that kept in inactive mode temporarily.
- Cancelled: Inactive plans that are no longer to renew or no additional addons.
Viewing Subscriptions
To view all subscriptions in Resolution Intelligence Cloud, navigate to Configurations --> Account Information and click Account Subscriptions. In the subscriptions listing page, you can see all the subscriptions that you have purchased associated with each account ID and summary of each subscription.
You have an Export option enabled at the top of the page to download all subscriptions in CSV format.
Click on each account ID to dig more details of your subscribed plan. In the subscription plan page, you can see the following attributes associated with each subscription.
- Created On: The date/time at which a plan is purchased
- Started On: The date/time at which a billing cycle is started on
- Active On: The date at which a plan is started to use
- Next Billing: The date at which a current plan ends on
Upgrading a Subscription Plan
To upgrade to additional plans,

Click the gear icon at the top (or) hover over icon at the top left corner

In the bottom of the left menu, click Configurations

In the left menu, under Account Information, click Subscriptions
- In the account subscriptions page, click Add Subscription under the active plans
A subscription form appears - In the Order # field, order ID is automatically generated.
- Under Subscriptions, select the following fields.
- Select Plan
- Order term
- Plan metrics
- Select Units
- Quantity subscribed
- Click Add Subscription.
A new subscription is added to your account ID.
Canceling a Subscription Plan
You are free to cancel any subscription plan at any time associated with your account ID in Resolution Intelligence Cloud. You can also reactivate a subscription plan after you have canceled it.
To cancel a subscription plan,

Click the gear icon at the top (or) hover over icon at the top left corner

In the bottom of the left menu, click Configurations

In the left menu, under Account Information, click Subscriptions
- In the account subscriptions page, click the Active button next to the plan you have purchased.
A drop-down list appears. - Select Cancel.
Your active plan will be canceled immediately.
