Setup OpsRamp

Integration of Resolution Intelligence^® with OpsRamp lets you monitor the resources such as servers, storage devices, network elements, VMs, public and private clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, websites, and applications across business units and different locations to enable the organizations to minimize the operational costs and maximize the performance of the IT infrastructure.

Prerequisites

You must have an active account and admin privileges to configure the integration in the Resolution Intelligence Cloud.

Enabling OpsRamp Integration 

To configure OpsRamp integration,

1. From the Resolution Intelligence interface, navigate to Configurations --> Integrations --> OpsRamp tile and click Enable integration toggle switch.
2. Click Add Instance.
   An instance window appears on your screen
3. Enter the following:

• • Name
  • Client ID
  • Secret Key
  • API Key
  • API endpoint

4. Select Data Center from the dropdown.
5. Make a default instance (Optional).
6. Click Validate and Save.
An instance is created successfully.

Editing Integration

To edit the OpsRamp instance,

1. From the Resolution Intelligence interface, navigate to Configurations --> Integrations --> OpsRamp tile.
2. Click three dots next to the instance you have created previously.
3. Click Edit Instance.
4. Enter the details that you want to modify and click Validate & Save.
