This article describes the steps and prerequisites required to set up an OpsRamp integration with Resolution Intelligence Cloud.
Integration of Resolution Intelligence Cloud with OpsRamp lets you monitor resources such as servers, storage devices, network elements, VMs, public and private clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, websites, and applications across business units and different locations to enable organizations to minimize operational costs and maximize the performance of the IT infrastructure.
Prerequisites
You must have an active account and admin privileges to configure the integration in the Resolution Intelligence Cloud.
Enabling OpsRamp Integration
To configure OpsRamp integration,
- Click the gear icon at the top (or) hover over the hamburger icon in the top left corner.
- In the bottom of the left menu, click Configurations.
- In the left menu, under Data Ingestion, click Integrations.
You will be redirected to the integrations page. - Search "OpsRamp" in the search bar (or) filter by CMDB.
- Click the OpsRamp tile that appears under Available Integrations.
- Click Add --> Add New Integration.
This action enables integration, and it allows you to create a new instance. - Click Add Instance.
An instance window appears on your screen - Enter the following:

- Name
- Client ID
- Secret Key
- API Key
- API endpoint
8. Select Data Center from the drop-down.
9. Make a default instance (optional).
10. Click Validate and Save.
An instance is created successfully.
Editing Integration
To edit the OpsRamp instance,
- Click the gear icon at the top (or) hover over the hamburger icon in the top left corner.
- In the bottom of the left menu, click Configurations.
- In the left menu, under Data Ingestion, click Integrations.
You will be redirected to the integrations page. - Search "OpsRamp" in the search bar (or) filter by CMDB.
- Click the OpsRamp tile that appears under Available Integrations.
- Click the ellipsis icon next to the instance you have previously created.
- Click Edit Instance.
- Enter the details that you want to modify, and click Validate & Save.
