This article describes the various dashboards available in the Resolution Intelligence Cloud's landing page, including Resolution Intelligence@Work, Detection Coverage, and AIOps.
The dashboards & reports section of Resolution Intelligence Cloud contains different charts, metrics to help you understand the factors that improve performance, save costs and resources for your organization's infrastructure. A visualization of dashboard breakdowns shows the activities performed to prevent outages, the number of assets monitored, and major situations that happened in your organization. The dashboard is mainly classified into three categories.

Resolution Intelligence @ Work
The Resolution Intelligence@Work dashboard gives you an overview of the direct value the platform is bringing to you. Widgets on this page:
Widget | Description |
---|---|
Ops work offloaded |
Shows the volume of work, time, and effort, equivalent to FTE, the platform offloaded off your team. |
Offload activities by classification |
Details the trend of activities that were off-loaded. Trends include ticket counts by classification such as confirmed threats, noise, outages, potential threats, preventive actions, and activities under observation over a period of time is known. |
Number of assets managed |
Displays the total count of assets currently being managed. |
Activities performed to prevent outages |
The total count of activities that are classified as preventive. These activities are done to prevent outages. |
Major situations |
The tickets that are classified manually using a classification column are called major situations. An outage is any device that is out of service in any scenario. This widget displays the total number of activities classified as outages in the last 30 days and is described as a major situation. |

Detection Coverage
Detection coverage page transpires an end-to-end integrated view of your IT environment, the different classes of assets being monitored, and the various category of checks and status within these classes, all of which the compounded real-time to assess an impact.
The detection coverage page is a simplified view of the proprietary ontology deployed for you.

The total count of current active checks being performed across the IT environment to detect anomalies. |
Monitoring tools |
List of monitoring tools deployed in your environment. |
Category based widgets |
These widgets display the data based on class and sub-class. Tabs are represented by class name, the total number of checks, signals created, activities for upkeep, percentage of noise reduced, and the current status of signals raised are displayed as per their sub-class. |
AIOps
A set of widgets measuring the performance of AIOps over the signals ingested. Reading the widgets on the page.

Correlation and Auto Validation |
The tickets are resolved by the auto validation engine by correlating similar metrics without human intervention and are termed auto validation tickets Displays the percentage of tickets correlated against the total number of signals created and the percentage of tickets closed by auto validation against the total number of signals created. |
Auto Diagnostics
|
Few tickets are not able to close but are able to provide useful information by running predefined scripts are termed auto diagnostics. Percentage of tickets, of the total, on which the automation engine worked on. |
Auto Resolution |
Percentage of tickets closed by the resolution engine against the total number of signals. |
